I played drums in Richard's band JWT around 97 ish in Huntington Beach....I haven't seen Richard in over 25 years. Richard, I hope you get through this and come out healthy as ever. Great reminder how fragile life is and how precious our time is here.

David said they were programing the sound of his drums on See You on the Other SIde. Even though it was him playing all of it, David still had a problem with it. Ya ask me? It was the last album we had that all inspired Faith no More drumming style that David made prolific.

This video serves as a perfect explanation of why David can't really drum anymore, at least not on this level. Look at how raw and powerful his hits are, he's giving it everything he's got and he did that shit every time he performed. He played the way he played, hard as hell and with heart. Ones wrists can only take so much, but I sincerely thank David for everything he's done, your style and (more importantly) your sound is unmatched dude.

at the current state of this band for 29 years, the most loyal members are really.. jon and munky. kind of crazy how life goes by. Glad head came back, fieldy kinda grew out of the band idk, its normal, happens to a lot of friendships, sad but it is what it is, david fucked up big time.
